Super86 uses connected third-party data only to perform actions requested by the authorized user, store owner, or delegated users.

For Tiendanube and Shopify integrations, Super86 may access store, product, inventory, order, customer, discount, and coupon data according to the permissions granted during installation. Super86 does not sell this data.

For Google integrations, Super86 may access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Google Account profile, and email address data according to the scopes granted by the user.

Google data accessed: Super86 may access the user's Google Account profile information and email address to identify the connected account and show connection status.

Google data accessed for Gmail: depending on the scopes granted and the user's request, Super86 may access Gmail message metadata such as sender, recipient, subject, labels, timestamps, message bodies, attachments, drafts, and sent messages so the agent can search, summarize, draft, and send email requested by the user.

Google data accessed for Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides: depending on the scopes granted and the user's request, Super86 may access file metadata such as file names, ids, MIME types, owners, permissions, and modified times, and may read or write the content of files the user asks the agent to inspect, create, update, organize, or export.

Google data accessed for Calendar: depending on the scopes granted and the user's request, Super86 may access calendar lists and event data such as titles, descriptions, start and end times, attendees, locations, conference links, reminders, and event identifiers so the agent can list, create, update, or delete calendar events requested by the user.

Google data usage: Super86 uses Google user data only to provide visible, user-facing agent features requested by the authorized user, including summarizing Gmail messages, drafting or sending email, creating or updating Drive files, organizing files, and managing Calendar events from the conversation.

Google data processing and storage: Super86 stores OAuth access and refresh tokens server-side to keep the user's Google connection active until the user revokes it. Super86 may store minimal operational metadata, connection status, and audit or troubleshooting records needed to provide, secure, and support the integration. Google content is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general AI models.

Google data sharing: Super86 does not sell Google user data, does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not transfer Google user data except as needed to provide the requested feature, comply with law, protect security, troubleshoot abuse, or with the user's explicit consent.

Google data revocation and deletion: users can revoke Super86's access from their Google Account permissions at any time or contact support@super86.app to request deletion of stored authorization data.

For Microsoft integrations, Super86 may access Outlook Mail, Outlook Calendar, OneDrive, profile, and email data according to the Microsoft Graph delegated permissions granted by the user. This data is used only to provide or improve visible user-facing agent features requested by the authorized user.

Super86 does not sell Microsoft user data, does not use Microsoft user data for advertising, and does not transfer Microsoft user data except as needed to provide the requested feature, comply with law, protect security, or with the user's explicit consent.

For Spotify integrations, Super86 may access Spotify profile, playlist, library, and playback data according to the scopes granted by the user. Spotify data is used only for user-requested music actions and is not sold or used for advertising.

Human access to Google and Microsoft user data is limited to cases where the user asks for support involving specific content, where access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, or where required by law.

Users and store owners can revoke integrations from Google, Microsoft, Spotify, Tiendanube, Shopify, or ask Super86 support to remove stored authorization data.
